| The Piedmont church of Christ, meets at the Marshall Community Center which is located in the town of Marshall, Virginia, approximately 10 miles outside of Warrenton, Virginia in Fauquier County in Northern Virginia. As reflected in the name, "church of Christ", we are a group of Christians who identify only with Christ. We are not bound to any higher clergy, or human based organization. Our worship contains elements which are found in the the New Testament church. These elements include singing (Col. 3:16), prayer (1 Thessalonians 5:17), partaking in the Lord's Supper (Acts 20:7), giving of our means (1 Corinthians 16:1-2) and preaching (Acts 20:7) |
